We’re Fanatical About Fish
For several generations, our family has fished the waters around Devon. We don’t have our grandfather’s sea legs, so Ishmael’s continues our family legacy while letting us stay on land!
We believe you can’t make the finest dishes without the best ingredients. We use sustainably caught fish from local fishing boats, and source many of our other ingredients from nearby farms.
